Leather Show Room Binders and Swatch Holders
Project Challenge: This furniture manufacturer produces some of the highest quality furniture in the world serving elite clients including world famous decorators and the White House. They needed a catalog binder and swatch holder, to showcase their designs and wood swatches. They wanted it to be of the same high quality as their furniture.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We produced the ultimate leather binder with the finest leather, the finest natural finish to the leather, hand stitching, and a natural reinforced craft liner. The binder features a beautiful burnished blind embossing, and a matching swatch binder with a custom pressure fit foam insert to house their wood chips.

New York City New Real Estate Residential Development Marketing Materials
Project Challenge: An international real estate company needed to produce a sales brochure to showcase the beautiful duplex and triplex homes in a Greenwich Village 5th Avenue New Development.
The client needed 3D renderings of the highest quality to accurately represent the beautiful rooms (which were preconstruction), actual views and the high quality fixtures, finishes and appliances. In addition we created floor plan brochures and Greenwich village amenities Map
Restaurant Banquet, Private Dining Brochure and Media Kit Pocket Folder Featuring a 3D Architectural Rendering
Project Challenge: A media kit was needed to market a flagship restaurant in a clear and concise way, highlighting the unique space, the diversity of their cuisine, and their unmatched quality.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: Our solution was this beautiful banquet brochure housed in a file tab folder with a unique finish and a 3D embossed logo. We assisted in every step of the project from handling the design, layout, and photography, to the creation of a new 3D floor plan to visually represent the restaurant at a glance.
Retail Real Estate Video, Flash Drive and Custom CD Brochure Presentation Package
Project Challenge: An international real estate company needed to market a flagship luxury retail property located on Boston’s famous Newbury Street to potential domestic and foreign investors worldwide.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: Our solution was to create this stunning media kit, packaged in a beautiful and cost effective presentation brochure printed with the finest museum quality printing and finishing. For the media kit we created a DVD with a 5-minute video featuring information about Boston’s history, geography and demographics, which included a 2-minute 3D animated tour of this unique property. The kit also included a gift boxed USB flash drive containing the video and PDFs of all of the content, as well as detailed instructions for non-computer savvy clients.
Variable Data Printing and Mailing
Project Challenge: A turnkey solution for a rush variable data mailing, with each letter personalized for each recipient.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We personalized each letter and envelope for each recipient, printed, folded, mail merged the letters, and mailed everything. In addition, this client had the strictest security requirements for the handling of their database, which we carefully followed. Project Challenge: Client needed to refresh their brand for their group of offices.
Spire Solution: A new logo was created. We helped client coordinate all printed materials on the same paper stock printed at one time for total uniformity across all their materials. In addition. We developed a program for branded packaging and promotional items.

Project Challenge: Customer marketing materials needed refreshing.
Spire Solution: Spire redesigned and rebranded all marketing materials for a consistent message and look. In addition, the marketing message was reinforced with coordinated printed, marketing and promotional items. This program was printed on the finest presses available which was a vast improvement over the copyshop printing previously utilized.
NY Sports Team Season Ticket Packaging
Project Challenge: A famous New York City Sports team needed a unique package to present to their season ticket holders.
Spire Solution: Our solution was a recycled polypropolyene box with the team logo, housed in an aluminum sleeve silkscreened with a three color team logo.
Super Hero Style Guide Binder
Project Challenge: An attractive package was needed to house the contents of a blockbuster movie’s style guide, complete with a uniquely secure DVD sleeve.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: Our solution was to create this handsome binder with special finishing techniques, 4 color process printing, a spot gloss UV coating, and matte black ring metals. The content of the book contained full color offset printed text and tabs, with a shrink-wrapped rush update. To add security to the DVD sleeve we designed and produced a custom page with a protective flap.
Custom Suede Jewelry Boxes
Project Challenge: Customer wanted the ultimate quality for their line of high end jewelry. They required a unique look that would elevate their brand at trade shows and with clients.
Spire Solution – Spire created a complete line of beautifully handmade boxes that included boxes for: large necklaces, medium necklaces, earrings and bracelets all manufactured by hand from the finest faux suede cover materials. They included matching outer boxes all decorated in beautiful gold foil stamping. These boxes are on par with the finest jewelry retailers in the world. We will help a small business achieve the high end luxury look of the finest jewelry stores in the world.
His Majesty’s Royal Letterhead
Project Challenge: After working with his Majesty’s Consulate designing labels, Special Security Envelopes for international correspondence, It was time to reproduce the Kings two page royal letterhead. The only problem was that the original artwork could not be located.
Spire Solution: Working with old world artists, we had the elaborate design re-drawn, and produced new artwork for the 3 color steel die engraved royal emblem. We produced this masterpiece on the finest paper stocks and offset printed in 5 PMS colors in addition to the steel die engraving on two sides.
Steel Die Engraved Stationary
Project Challenge: Client wanted the ultimate in prestige and elegance for their Stationary and business cards.
Spire Solution: Spire produced a stationary ensemble that included oversized business cards, letterheads, envelopes, thank you notes, etc. All items were produced on the finest Crane’s lettra paper stocks, decorated with a raised gold steel die engraving. The finished products were breathtaking.
Recycled Clipboard Binder
Project Challenge: An environmentally friendly turnkey solution was needed for a short run of a retail store’s seasonal planner binder.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We produced a 100% recyclable binder with 100% recycled materials, and handled everything for our customer including digital shortrun 4 color custom index tabs and text, collation, and delivery. For the next season when our customer wanted something similar with a fresh look, we created a new design – the same binder mounted with a white recycled paper, maintaining our 100% recycled parameters.
Media Kit & Catalog Popcorn Binder
Project Challenge: Our client was looking for a unique and fun way to unforgettably present their product line. Their branding standards required 4 color process logos in addition to solid PMS silk screening on plastic.
Spire Solution: We produced a sonic welded popcorn box slipcase to hold the binder and tabs with recycled polypropelyne using state of the art silk screening and UV offset printing. In addition, we created laser cut dies to produce the intricate details of their design.
Media Kit Box with Matching Sales Presentation Easel binders
Project Challenge: A prominent magazine publisher needed a media kit to coincide with their new branding campaign. The client wanted to showcase their magazine through clear plastic, while perfectly matching their brand colors on the inside letterhead and brochures, and the plastic box. Our client also wanted an inexpensive and light weight display easel as a sales tool to match this box.
Spire Solution: In order to accomplish the difficult task of matching colors across dissimilar materials, we silk screened the plastic with six pms colors, including an extra initial hit of opaque white. This created a uniform back drop on which to print all of the other colors so that they would match the colors as printed on paper. We then created an ergonomic matching easel binder out of a light weight poly, decorated to match the box. With our unique new design for this easel, we were able to produce this item at an unprecented low cost.
PR Release Kit
Project Challenge: Our Fashion client located in Australia needed to produce a press release package to announce their new custom made apparel website. They wanted to send personalized notes and a beautifully printed look book to their PR contacts in NYC. All items of the highest quality and housed in a branded shopping bag. The challenge was they needed to send them out in about 5 business days.
Spire Solution: We worked with the client around the clock and reviewed project details via SKYPE. We produced a beautiful look book on the highest quality digital press and finished the sheets in a luxiourous deep gloss UV coating. The covers were foil stamped on raw black chip. The binding is two hole punching with cross grain ribbon
Menu Holders
Project Challenge: Customers wanted a fresh look for their menu covers
Spire Solution: Spire researched materials to find the perfect material to match and coordinate with restaurant décor. New menus can be swapped out as needed in the menu covers.
Sales and Specifying Kits
Project Challenge: An aircraft manufacturer needed a presentation and travel kit to house sales materials and specifier guides for presentations to prospective aircraft purchasers. The kit needed to house about 50 pounds of swatch books, paint chips, carpet swatches, metal finish chips, seat belt webbing choices and more.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We worked with our client to consolidate and organize their samples into a custom roller suitcase, sized for domestic carry on. The suitcase is custom branded with embroidery and leather patches, and made from industrial grade cordura nylon. An ergonomic dream, the contents are organized and clearly labeled in custom binders made from super heavy duty upholstery grade synthetic leather, folders, and custom pouches.We trimmed and die cut the various samples into a uniform format for aesthetics, efficiency, and ergonomics, and made the aluminum inner frame with the strength and design so that the suit case can be used as a seat during transit.
Traveling Sales Presentation Kit
Project Challenge: One of the largest international coffee roasteries needed a presentation package for their travelling sales kit to safely house numerous fragile items.
Spire Solution: Our solution was to create a custom made foam insert for a standard suitcase to house and present all of their items beautifully while protecting all of their items securely. The seventeen piece foam insert was designed specifically to protect the contents from both external trauma as well as internal trauma from the framework of the suitcase itself. In addition, we finished the foam surface with a suede flocked coating for a striking and luxurious appeareance.

Industrial Architectural Products Manufacturer Specifiers Binder
Project Challenge: Our customer needed a durable binder to house an update for an old manufacturer specifiers guide for which they no longer had any digital files, or photography.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We produced an extremely durable poly binder in their signature orange color with a unique design using new original photography of their location and products. We recreated the content and original artwork of their old book using high resolution scans, and we made dozens of complex updates including redrawing diagrams and changing text. We printed and collated the content of the books in color with numerous large foldout pages and tabs, providing our customer with a beautiful and up to date finished product.
Professional Office: Branded Promotional Items and Mailer
Project Challenge: A dental office needed a coordinated kit of promotional items to help create brand awareness for their practice.
Spire Printing & Packaging Solution: We created a package of promotional items with matching pens in two complementary color combinations, branded J&J dental floss, a color announcement card with gloss UV coating, and a beautiful branded plastic bag to tie it all together.
International Real Estate Brokerage Company Featured Properties Electronic Magazine
Project Challenge: Our client wanted to make their featured properties listing instantly accessible around the world in a format that would always be up to date with their latest content and presented in an easy to read magazine layout.
Spire Solution: Our solution was to create an Electronic Magazine for their properties listings. The E-Magazine is accessible from any web based device, and can be easily updated at any time. It features a simple, ergonomic user interface and design, with beautiful pictures and multimedia embedded. To facilitate fast and effortless contact, property listings are linked to the websites and email addresses of representative agents, as well as to complete property listing on the web. Our E-Magazines also feature social media integration, and mobile compatibility.
