Major New York architectural office environment builder needed an exciting Holiday gift for their VIP clients and prospects. They wanted the gift to showcase their state of the art full-floor working environment showroom located in the iconic lipstick building

Spire created a to-scale model gift box depicting the lipstick building featuring client’s showroom, with a lid containing a copy of the floor plan. The boxes were individually packed in mailers and filled with retro candy treats.
