Challenge:

Client was marketing ten prestigious, newly developed penthouse apartments in fashionable downtown New York City, and needed to communicate the compelling story behind the building’s development process as well as its unique features and iconic location. Client also had a gallery of photos to present.

Video brochure with a photo gallery feature packaged in a matching box and mailer to prevent damage to the video brochure in shipment. Bespoke printed in royal purple and gold stamping, conveying the regal image sought by the client.
